Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING | All Orders $69+
We offer FREE shipping to the US (Lower 48 States) and Canada on all orders of $69 or more after any discounts or promo codes are applied. Inventory availability may affect delivery time. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply to other US addresses; the final cost will be calculated at checkout. Shipping methods may vary based on the country and address.
*Please be aware that Lowra Rouge cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Report the Damages
Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If a product is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize for these unforeseen events, which are beyond our control. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt to report the damages.
Return Policy
Within 30 Days
If a product purchased from Lowrarouge.com does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition (unused, unmarked, and in saleable condition). Any opened and/or used items are not eligible for return, except for product defects.
Please note that Lowra Rouge offers warranty service to our customers who require help with their products.
Return Process
For all returns, please contact us at support@lowrarouge.com within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
All returned products must be accompanied by all original packaging and accessories, including all warranty cards and product manuals.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges, except for product defects or a shipping error on our part.
Late or Damaged Returns
Please ensure that you return the product within 10 days of receiving the return confirmation. Your return item must be properly packaged, secured to prevent any damage during transit. Please use the original packaging or a sturdy box with proper padding and sealing before sending out the return package. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed if products are damaged, missing accessories/parts/manuals, or returned late.
For items not purchased directly from Lowrarouge.com, please contact the vendor from whom you purchased the product for their return policies.
Refunds
Inspect the Product
Once your return is received, our service team will inspect the product and, based on the requirements listed above, determine eligibility for a refund. Once approved, we will notify you regarding your refund as soon as possible.
