This warranty policy applies to Lowra Rouge products used strictly for non-commercial purposes. The warranty is valid for consumers who use the product solely for personal or non-commercial use. Commercial use of the product explicitly excludes it from this warranty. Any use of the product in a commercial setting or for financial gain, including but not limited to hair salons, barbershops, beauty parlors, styling studios, or any other professional hair care environment, renders the warranty null and void.
Your Lowra Rouge product is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Should your Lowra Rouge product exhibit a defect in materials or workmanship within the first year of purchase, Lowra Rouge will be happy to arrange for your original product to be returned to us, and deliver an identical or comparable replacement to you.

During the warranty period, warranty service is not available under the following conditions:
a. Damage caused by using the product not in accordance with the instruction manual.
b. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or disassembly of the product.
c. Damage due to the use of the product with incompatible accessories or peripheral devices.
d. Damage caused by other force majeure factors.
When submitting a warranty claim, please provide the original purchase receipt and serial number. The serial number is usually located on the box of the original packaging of the Lowra Rouge product.
